When you contact us, please share your name, the best way to reach you, and a short description of what you need. If your question is about an order, include the order number and the delivery address on file.

2. Response times

  • General questions and email, we aim to respond within one business day. Most replies go out the same day during business hours.
  • Active delivery or order issues, call us. Phone support is the fastest path for anything happening in real time.
  • App or website not working, email a brief description of the issue plus your device (iPhone or Android), the app version, and a screenshot if you can capture one. We respond to outage-class issues within 24 hours.

3. About the Morabeza app

The Morabeza app is the mobile companion to morabezacannabis.com. It lets adults 21 or older in our Massachusetts service area browse our menu, place delivery orders, schedule pickup of approved orders, and track delivery status. All payments are processed through licensed third-party providers; we do not store payment card information on your device or on our servers.

The app is intended for use only by people physically located in Massachusetts who are 21 or older. You will be asked to confirm your age, and a valid government-issued ID is required at delivery.

4. Common questions

4.1 Where do you deliver?

Our current and upcoming service areas are listed on the Service Areas section of our home page. If you don't see your town, you can join the waitlist and we'll let you know when we expand.

4.2 How do I confirm my age?

The Site and the app both require you to confirm you are 21 or older before browsing. At delivery, our driver will verify your government-issued photo ID. Massachusetts law requires that the name and date of birth on the ID match the order. We cannot leave product without a successful ID check.

4.3 What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout. We use licensed third-party processors and do not store full card numbers. If a payment fails or you see an unexpected charge, contact us and we'll investigate within one business day.

4.4 Can I cancel or change an order?

You can request changes or cancellation by phone before the order is dispatched. Once a driver is en route, we may not be able to modify the order. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

4.5 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Call or email within 24 hours of delivery and describe the issue. Please keep the original packaging and any product affected. We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or another resolution consistent with Massachusetts cannabis regulations. We cannot accept returns of product that has been opened, except in the case of a verifiable product defect.

4.6 How do I manage launch emails or texts I receive from Morabeza?

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing info@morabezacannabis.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe." For SMS, reply STOP to any message. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. App troubleshooting

If the Morabeza app is not working as expected, these steps resolve most issues:

  • Update the app, install the latest version from the App Store. Older versions may not work with recent menu or checkout changes.
  • Restart the app, fully close it (swipe up from the app switcher) and reopen. This clears most transient issues.
  • Check your connection, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data if pages or images are slow to load.
  • Reinstall as a last resort, delete the app and reinstall from the App Store. You may need to sign in again. This does not affect past orders.

If the problem continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help.

6. Account, privacy, and data requests

For privacy questions, data access requests, deletion requests, or to opt out of analytics, please see our Privacy Policy or email info@morabezacannabis.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond to verified requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.

7. Compliance and regulatory concerns

Morabeza is a provisionally licensed Massachusetts cannabis delivery operator under the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), license MDA1333. If you believe a Morabeza employee, contractor, or driver acted in a way that violates Massachusetts cannabis law or CCC regulations, please contact us first at info@morabezacannabis.com so we can investigate. You may also contact the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission directly at masscannabiscontrol.com.

To report a suspected counterfeit Morabeza product, email info@morabezacannabis.com with photos and the location where you saw it, if possible.
